Template Fixed - Press CTRL + F5

January 13, 2007 by Designer Ella

The layout has been fixed for the new IE, plus it’s better for everyone! It’s even now in indestructible tables, ahhh. (Sorry, html speak!)

But unfortunately, new IE or not, it will look funky until you press CTRL and F5 together. Sorry!

All refreshed? Welcome back! We’re posting new purses again starting this monday, see you then, too!!

Even though I’m a Firefox user, kudos to you for fixing it. I’ve told at least 2 sites about broken layouts in Firefox, and one didn’t even care. I suppose IE7 will have a bit more marketshare, but still, it was good of you to fix it. :)

Well, the sidebars were all wrong. I can’t have the site turn off so many people and I hate looking bad. There was a tiny issue overall, and it took a lot of work in the end, but I knew tables would fix things. They’re so solid.

Plus, now when the sidebars get long, I won’t have to adjust the main column’s minimum height for things not to get messed. I’m so over CSS layouts, why did they become so the rage anyway? They’re great, I suppose, if one wants all the layout coding in a style sheet (but Word Press has its own templates!) but it’s hard with 3 columns. I always loved tables before then.

Anyway, thanks. I use Firefox, too. Thank goodness because I was looking at the site with it working instead of messed up, before I was finished. Looking at it wrong makes me sad! He he.
