It’s a girl! My latest delivery came yesterday. You see, the Coach buckle bag (Soho Zip Satchel) I bought DID come in a brown leather trim, WITH braided straps! It’s what I dreamed of, when I instead settled. And it’s signature, which is great, too.

It’s a limited edition department-store-only bag that sold out quickly. And yes, I’m exchanging the black for this bag (or selling?). First, I found the perfect one (best Signature aligning I’ve seen yet!) on eBay, then I purchased at Macy’s with my card, just in case. (It was the LAST one!) I’m returning that one, too, but I did get friendly with it; I came to love it. It inspired the name for my bag …

You see it has braided “pigtails,” just like Anne of Green Gables, and the buckles make Es (Cs but with another line, so E does it).
